A Day of Halloween Fun on the Lower East Side

Yesterday was a day full of fun for kids of all ages here on the Lower East Side. From a parade led by our elected representatives to trick-or-treating on Clinton Street, everyone joined in for Halloween 2010.

New York State Assemblyman Sheldon Silver, New York State Senator Daniel Squadron and U.S. Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney led the Grand Halloween Carnival Parade on E. Broadway.
