We got a sneak peak inside the new Hester Street Playground yesterday, while working on a story about “People Make Parks,” a new program engaging communities in transforming public spaces. Look for that story next week, and the playground’s formal dedication sometime after June 15th. Partly cloudy today and 86 degrees. Expect some thunderstorms this afternoon and, especially, this evening.
