It was a tough start of the week on the Lower East Side. The devastating 7-alarm fire on Grand Street… and another fatal accident on Delancey kept us busy yesterday. We’ll have updates on both stories today. We begin our Tuesday, however, on a more optimistic note – signs of spring in Luther Gulick Park. It’ll be cloudy today with a high of 59 – warmer and sunny tomorrow.
