A big announcement this morning from the Henry Street Settlement. The following item popped up on their Facebook page a short time ago:
We’re thrilled to announce that David Garza has been named the new Executive Director at Henry Street! David, currently the chief administrator of the Settlement’s Workforce Development Center, will assume office on July 1, 2010.
As we’ve reported in the past, the organization’s longtime executive director, Verona Middleton-Jeter, is retiring. More later.
