Tompkins Square Park will be filled with artists, musicians, poets, and performers of all kinds this weekend for the annual Howl! Festival, named after Allen Ginsburg's famous beat poem written in 1955. Activities include a mainstage in the park for musicians, an arts fair, performances at 45 Bleeker St. Theater, painters in action and a live video stream.
