- Allen & Delancey, 115 Allen (alterations, extend hours)
- Uncle Charlie's LES, 87 Ludlow (transfer full liquor)
- B Clinton, 6 Clinton Street (transfer license, wine only)
- Sonia Rose, 74 Orchard (upgrade to full liquor)
