Three veterans of Restaurant Marc Forgione, a fine-dining spot, have taken a page from the Meatball Shop’s book, specializing in another single dish well-suited as a companion to late-night imbibing. Taquitoria opened this fall in a narrow storefront on Ludlow Street, offering perfectly fried taquitos (rolled-up tacos) with delicious fillings (pork, bean, chicken etc.) and farm-fresh toppings at three for $5 or five for $8.
