A few moments ago Community Board 3’s SLA Committee voted to reject a liquor permit for Soho House, which owns a building at 139 Ludlow St. A resolution highlighting the nightlife saturated strip of Ludlow was supported by 6 members. Four were opposed. One member abstained. it’s now up to the full board to vote next week. The State Liquor Authority will make the final call. We will have a full report in the morning.
