A six-story building on the corner of Forsyth and Hester streets, right across from the playground in Sara D. Roosevelt Park, is changing hands. 119 Hester Street was sold this month to an entity called Hester RB LLC for $7.4 million. The transaction was handled by Friedman-Roth Realty Services. The building includes 25 apartments and five ground-floor retail spaces.
