If you’re the parent of a toddler still looking for quality group daycare for your child this fall, Educational Alliance’s Toddler Center has a few seats available for 2016-2017. Apply here, and learn more about our program below.

The Educational Alliance Preschool Toddler Center is nestled in our dynamic flagship community center, The Manny Cantor, at 197 East Broadway in the Lower East Side. The program offers 5-day, 3-day, 2-day options to support working families.

Due to the support the Educational Alliance Preschool has long provided working families in downtown Manhattan, the Preschool was awarded multi-sponsored funding to expand to include a program for children ages 12-24 months. This expansion was prompted by an extensive feasibility study of the downtown childcare landscape, which showed there was almost no quality center-based childcare for infants and toddlers—despite a real and growing need.

The Preschool Director, Jacqueline Marks, who is the mother of a toddler herself, designed the program to provide everything she couldn’t find in her own exhaustive search for childcare—nurturing and experienced educators, collaboration between parents and teachers, a diverse community, a beautiful space, and a warm environment that fosters joyful social interactions and exploration.

A New Vision For Toddler Care

Our program is poised to be a change maker in the landscape of toddler care and education. See some of the program highlights that set us apart below.
