On the Market: 60 Orchard Street Condos

Must Read

Just as we were heading out the door to attend last night’s SPURA meeting, a press release from Stribling Marketing Associates landed in our in-box announcing the official kickoff of sales at 60 Orchard Street. Now that we’ve caught our breath from the big meeting — let’s have a look:

60 Orchard consists of seven 2-bedroom, 2-bath units in a “boutique condo building” just below Grand Street. The glass and steel structure was designed by New York-based G Ateliers Architecture. According to the press release, each apartment features floor to ceiling windows, “a gas fireplace, operable glass ‘Nanawalls,’ solid 5-inch oak ebonized flooring, frameless glassed Juliette balconies and private balconies or terrace. The penthouse duplex has multiple landscaped terraces and balconies and stunning panoramic views.”

The building was developed by Marshall Sohne. Apartments range in size from 1,218 square feet to 1,468 square feet and are priced from $1,195,000 to $2 million.
