  1. Wow, that’s disappointing. That’s a great spot in what looks to be a really nice building. I can’t believe Subway snagged it–so far most of the franchise food places have stayed on Delancey. I’d have loved to see something with a bit more character end up there.

  2. Disappointing my *ss. That is awesome! A decent reasonably priced place to get a sandwich with lots of vegetables in it. Not every corner has to be a snooty bistro that doesn’t know when to put the pesto away. I am psyched. 5, 5 dollar…
