85 Pitt Street, near Rivington, was sold last month for $7,430,000. The purchaser is listed as 85 Pitt LLC, with a mailing address at the offices of A.D. Real Estate Inc. in Great Neck. The building includes 21 apartments and 3 retail spaces. It was last sold in 2008 for about $5 million. In the past year, rental units (1 and 2 bedrooms) in the walk-up have been listed in the $2000-2500/month range. There was a fatal shooting right outside 85 Pitt in 2011. During the summer, the building right next door (210 Rivington) was sold for $7.6 million.
