Our friends at Les Enfants de Boheme have asked us to spread the word that they are hosting an Election Night Viewing Party this evening. Owners Cathy and Stefan have also been holding Monday Night Postcard Action events. The last two postcard writing nights were dedicated to writing voters in Texas and Pennsylvania’s 12th district, urging them to vote blue.
They write:
“Why bite your nails (and drink) at home alone when you can toss back a few wth your neighbors? Don’t throw away your “I Voted” sticker! bring it in and get a complimentary glass of rose (with the purchase of lunch or dinner). Happy Hour is from 4:00-7:00 pm and the TV will be tuned to MSNBC.”
Les Enfants de Boheme had Beto O’Rourke’s uncle with them and some ex-Texans supporting the cause over the last couple weeks. VICE News did a piece about it on HBO recently (although Les Enfants was not pleased with VICE’s apparent agenda).
Les Enfants de Boheme is located at 177 Henry St., at Jefferson St. They are open ’til 1:00am tonight.
