First the good news: No Lower East Side establishments are included on SantaCon’s 2017 list of participating bars.
Now the bad news: Nine East Village bars are joining the debauchery tomorrow, which means the drunken masses will eventually creep down below East Houston Street, making their presence felt on the LES.
