In recent years, development sites near the big Essex Crossing project in the former Seward Park urban renewal area have attracted a lot of interest (and some eye-popping pay days for property owners). Now two of the last remaining parcels adjacent to the 1.9 million sf complex are up for grabs.

Daniel Fong of Proplink Real Estate and Tzippy Wexler of Grand Success Realty are marketing the parcels, located adjacent to 242 Broome St. (Essex Crossing Site 1). That’s the future home to 55 luxury condo units, a bowling alley complex and a still unnamed cultural facility.

The sites are: 83 Essex St. (there’s a Chinese bakery on the ground floor)/90 Ludlow St. + 89-91 Ludlow St. The Essex/Ludlow Street lot is 4170 square feet and 176 feet deep. The second lot, located directly across the street (to the west) measures 4,437 square feet. The asking price is approximately $20 million for each site.

The sites may be sold separately or as a package deal. Contact: modahani811@aol.com + fong@linksprop.com.
