Along with its annual Home Pickling Contest, internationally renowned picklers and local vendors on hand to fill you with pickled delights, live music and games for the kids, the Lower East Side Pickle Day has added a “Pickle Pooch Parade” to the lineup.
You can sign up at the Lower East Side BID table on Sunday and proceed to parade Fido, in his/her finest pickle gear, down the grassy dogwalk. (We won’t tell anyone if you double dip the costume for the Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade!)
