Two More days to Comment on SPURA Guidelines

A reminder: Anyone wishing to comment in writing on Community Board 3’s guidelines for the redevelopment of the Seward Park site must do so by the close of business tomorrow. CB3 is planning to vote on the proposal, calling for a mixed income/mixed use project, on January 24th. We posted the full text of the the draft SPURA guidelines last month.  You can also download a PDF version of the document on CB3’s web site. Comments should be emailed to spura@cb3manhattan.org. If you would like to attend the meeting, it will be held at 630pm, in the Henry Street Settlement Youth Services Gymnasium, 301 Henry Street (between Gouverneur & Jackson Streets).
