A few moments ago, 7th Precinct Commander Nancy Barry confirmed police have arrested a suspect in Tuesday night’s shooting on Stanton Street. Three people were injured when the gunman opened fire, around 9pm, near Attorney Street.
On Wednesday, officers canvassed the neighborhood, in search of clues. The suspect’s name has not been released. While there were reports that the shooting may have been the result of “a drug deal gone bad,” Barry said investigators have not determined a motive.
The victims are all expected to recover.
