More on the fatal accident on Delancey Street (at Essex) this morning. Lo-Down reader, and a journalist, Jennifer Strom went to the scene and was told a man was struck by a vehicle around 4am this morning. The medical examiner was arriving just after 8am when these photos were taken. The car in the foreground is the vehicle that apparently hit the pedestrian. More soon…
