Grand Street Settement Plans “Taste of the Lower East Side”

Next month, the Grand Street Settlement will be hosting the 10th annual “Taste of the Lower East Side.” Since the event debuted in 2001, it has grown tremendously. Over a thousand people took part last year, sampling dishes from the best restaurants in the neighborhood. We’re heading over to the Grand Street Settlement later this week to talk with Margarita Rosa, the organization’s executive director.
