The bitter cold temperatures probably won’t keep many people away from the big Three Kings Day Festival on the Lower East Side tomorrow.
The annual event will be held indoors at the Clemente Soto Velez Cultural Center and the children’s theater company, Teatro Sea, is going to try to minimize any waiting outside.
The festival, now in its 18th year, will take place from 3-5 p.m. See the Facebook invite and the flyer below for more details.
Once again this year, Teatro Sea will be hosting a big celebration of Three Kings Day.

There will be live music by Los Pleneros de la 21 and Mariachi Academy of New York as well as free food and beverages.
See Teatro Sea’s webssite for more information.
It might be a little soggy, but Suffolk Street will still feel festive this afternoon as Teatro SEA returns with its Three Kings Day celebration.
