Earlier this week, the LES Business Improvement District held its annual meeting at Mason Dixon on Essex Street. A well-heeled, international crowd was on hand last night at Mark Miller’s highly anticipated “re-opening” at 92 Orchard Street.   The gallery is still in need of some finishing touches but the visitors attending the opening of Kevin Berlin’s show “Double Happiness” didn’t seem to mind. Berlin’s vivid, large-scale oil paintings arrived directly from a show in Shanghai for their American debut.  All photos courtesy of photographer Jenna Rice.
