As we drive around the neighborhood, not much is open. But Katz's is undeterred! This was the scene inside moments ago. A security guard said to us: "you think a little storm is going to shut us down? Nah!"...
Another tree down -- this one on Grand Street. Mayoral Press Secretary Stu Loeser, a Lower East Side resident, just tweeted this photo, noting "this is the terminus for M14A + M22 MTA buses."
