–It was another bad week for neighborhood groups trying to stop those out-of-scale mega projects in the Two Bridges area. State appellate judges lifted injunctions in two separate lawsuits. The judges said the city has the legal authority to green light the massive residential towers without meaningful public review. [City Limits]

–During a traffic dispute at Delancey and Clinton streets, a guy pulled out a gun and, rather than shooting the driver, he accidentally shot a 75-year-old woman instead. She was hit in the buttocks and is going to be okay. [1010 WINS]
