PartyBus Bake Shop Exterior

Partybus Bakeshop is a new(ish) artisan bakery and cafe located on the Lower East Side. We started as a pop-up at the Hester Street Fair, but we parked the Partybus on Essex Street in November 2019 and we’re here to stay! Come see for yourself why Food Network included us on this year’s list of the Best Bread Bakeries in America!

Through a rotating seasonal menu we riff on classics including breads, pies, pastries, and cookies by using the best ingredients the Northeast has to offer. Our lunch menu features made-to-order pizzas and sandwiches on house-baked bread, and we’ve partnered with our neighbors Formaggio Essex and Delancey Wine for your summer picnic needs – come grab one of our Picnic Packs with a selection of fine cheeses, side snacks, and our classic French baguette. We also offer a variety of pantry staples like flour and yeast to support your quarantine baking endeavors.

Stay well-stocked while staying at home and take advantage of our city-wide delivery on Thursdays. You can also pre-order for pickup on our website and find us on Caviar.

In addition to our daily sweets and treats we will be hosting the Grand Street CSA all summer long. Sign up for a weekly produce box, locally produced pantry staples, and even a weekly bread share – deadline for sign-up is this Monday 6/15, so don’t delay!

Drop by and say hello, we can’t wait to meet you!
