You will also find vinegar-brined finch fries, a rueben egg roll, a “Beyond Burger” and jalapeño poppers.
A press release notes that the menu celebrates both the Lower East Side’s Jewish and Asian communities. The Pickle Guys is owned by Alan Kaufman, William Soo and Michael Chu.
In 2017, the Pickle Guys was forced from its Essex Street store after 15 years, and made the move across the street to a new, more conspicuous space. Next up for the team: opening an outpost in the Market Line at Essex Crossing.
