Paintings Worth $1.7 Million Disappear From Bayard Street Storeroom

Here’s a strange one. Police are trying to track down six valuable paintings that vanished several months ago from a storage space in Chinatown.

As Channel 4 reported, the paintings (four of which are pictured above) are valued at $1.7 million. The owner told police he discovered they were missing after taking inventory in a Bayard Street storeroom this past summer.

Cops don’t have any information at this time about the culprit.
