Chinatown is about to be bestowed with artisanal Twinkies.

Two Instagram-friendly food concepts, Jae NYC Eats and Stache of Goods, are teaming up to open a brick-and-mortar store at 21 Mott St. this coming Saturday.

Janice de Castro of Queens made headlines last year after she dreamed up a homemade version of Twinkies, made with fresh-baked chiffon cakes topped with cream in favors such as ube, pandan coconut and maple maple bacon. She’s been selling them at food fairs and offering home delivery. For the retail store, she’s partnered with Amy Li, who makes custom macarons through her company, Stache of Goods.

The soft opening happens Saturday at 2 p.m. They’ll stay open until all of the treats are gone. Here’s the Facebook invite. An official grand opening will take place in October.
