Last month, Mayor de Blasio announced a $32 million program to combat rats in several problem areas throughout the city. Good news/bad news: the Lower East Side/Chinatown is one of the designated areas. Coming up tomorrow night, there will be a public meeting to discuss the plan.

It will be held at East Village Community School, 610 East 12th St. (near Avenue B), at 6:30 p.m.. You can see more details in the flyer posted above.
