Police are trying to track down the men responsible for an armed robbery on Madison Street last week.
It happened on Thursday, July 20, at around 2:30 a.m. in the back of 160 Madison St. That’s one of the buildings belonging to the Rutgers Houses.
According to cops, two men took the victim’s wallet, which contained $40, a military ID, a Colorado driver’s license and a Chase bank card. One of the suspects tried to use the bank card at the LoHo Deli at 204 Clinton St. The NYPD released a surveillance image of the suspect who came into the bodega.
