Over the years, local resident Brian Redman has been keeping an eye on 100 Norfolk St., one of the Lower East Side’s more dramatic construction projects. Just yesterday he shared another photo taken from his perch across the way. As you can see the luxury condo tower from ODA Architecture is starting to reveal itself.

There are 38 luxury condominiums in the glassy building that cantilevers over the Solid Gold discount jewelry store on Delancey Street. According to StreetEasy, most of the apartments are under contract. Prices range from $675,000 (for a 400 square foot unit) all the way up to $7 million for the penthouse.
