Wowfulls has been a hit at Smorgasburg during the past couple of years, and now the Instagram-friendly ice cream concept is expanding with a Lower East Side brick-and-mortar store.
To inaugurate the shop at 309 East Houston St., the first 50 customers at tomorrow’s grand opening will receive $1 ice cream cones. As their website explains, Wowfulls serves “1950’s-style Hong Kong egg waffles also known as Gai Dàn Jai.”
The store is located on a stretch of East Houston between Clinton and Attorney streets. The grand opening hours will be Friday, March 31 1 p.m.-Sunday, April 2 9 p.m.
