On Thursday evening, the NYC Parks Department is hosting a public meeting on the Lower East Side to discuss the renovation of the dog run at Corlears Hook Park. The project was made possible through a $250,000 grant from City Council member Rosie Mendez. City planners will use input from this visioning session to come up with a draft schematic design. The plan must eventually be approved by Community Board 3. The meeting takes place from 6:30-8 p.m. at the Vladeck Houses, 328 Madison St.
