Police are asking for help in locating three suspects wanted in the robbery of a 27-year old man in the Delancey Street subway station Feb. 28.
Gothamist reported that they sliced the victim’s back pocket open and then snatched a wallet and phone from the front pocket of a sweatshirt. It happened shortly after 5 p.m. as the victim entered the train station. One of the suspects reportedly opened the emergency exit and asked if the victim wanted to come through the doorway. He declined. But after passing through the turnstile, the man was shoved against a wall. The suspects then allegedly took the wallet and iPhone.
