Police have put out a “missing person” bulletin for Isabel Rosado, an 81-year old resident of the Baruch Houses.
She disappeared yesterday. According to cops, Rosado spoke with her daughter on the phone from her Lower East Side apartment (FDR Drive and East Houston Street) Sunday morning at around 10 a.m. Rosado has Alzheimer’s and was wearing a “safe return” bracelet. She’s 5’2″ and weighs 140 pounfs.
