Police say a 19-year old man was shot and killed early this morning at the Alfred E. Smith Houses. The victim was found in the lobby of a building on Catherine Slip near Water Street at about 5:45 a.m. The teenager was rushed to Lower Manhattan Hospital, where he later died. The victim’s name has not yet been made public. Cops are searching for the gunman. More details as they become available…
