Ricky Walter who took over Fabric World Textile Corp. (294 Grand St.) when the former owner Al Scheinfeld passed away in April 2014 is having a blowout sale at 90 Orchard starting this weekend for one week. He lost his lease at 294 Grand and needs to sell. Fabric starting at $1 a yard! Fabric World Textile Corp. has been around since 1960’s selling fabric on the Lower east Side.
