Coming up this weekend at Frank’s Bike Shop, the 7th Precinct is offering to register your bike in the NYPD’s citywide system. Just stop by at 11 a.m. on Sunday with a valid owner’s ID and sales receipt. Frank’s is located at 553 Grand St.
