Man Died in Fall at 38 Delancey St. Last Night

A 28-year-old man died last night after falling from the sixth floor of 38 Delancey St., the apartment complex alongside Sara D. Roosevelt Park. The victim, whose name has not yet been released, landed on a fourth floor balcony. The accident happened around 2:30 a.m. Police said the man was sitting on the railing when he fell, hitting his head. They do not suspect any criminality.
