Where this picture was taken, above 27 1/2 Essex, a woman residing there was arrested for throwing a Skateboard out the window during a domestic dispute and badly injured a woman walking by. She was told that if the skateboard had hit her head, it would’ve caused fatal injuries. I those those people who live above the store moves out! I walk by there with my young toddler on a daily basis, it could’ve been me or worse, my child.
