Immigrant Social Services is throwing its 9th annual Children’s Day Block Party Saturday afternoon on Henry Street. As usual, there will be all sorts of carnival games, prizes and activities. Plus, parents can learn about resources available to families on the Lower East Side and in Chinatown. The event kicks off at noon at Henry and Rutgers Street.
