This past spring, we told you that Genesis Party Supplies was having to close up shop at 97 Clinton St. after more than 20 years due to a steep rent increase. Now they’ve found a new location and are open for business. The new, smaller shop is located at 309 East Houston St., just to the east of Clinton Street. If you’re interested in renting the old space, it’s going to cost you $10,000 per month.
