Sales went live yesterday for the high end condos that replaced the Nativity Mission School at 204 Forsyth St. The 7-story building overlooking Sara D. Roosevelt Park includes 11 two and three bedroom units priced from just over $3 million.

The developer, Charles Saulson, paid more than $6 million for two development parcels in 2012. The building was designed by Z Architecture with interiors by Paris Forino.

Unit 3B, a 2-bedroom with 1500 sq. ft., is offered at $3,350,000. The penthouse, boasting 2700 sq. ft. and a large outdoor space, is listed for $8.5 million.

When Curbed posted about 204 Forsyth yesterday, they called it “pretty much the priciest new project on the Lower East Side,” except for 215 Chrystie.  A check of Streeteasy shows two units at 215 Chrystie St. priced at $7.6 and $7.2 million. A 3-bedroom unit at 50 Clinton St., a project that hasn’t broken ground yet, is listed for $3.5 million.
