Yes, something is missing on Grand Street, just to the west of Clinton Street this morning. It’s the westbound M14a bus stop. Yesterday afternoon, workers removed the MTA shelter and relocated the stop to Suffolk Street. The old spot, right in front of 400-402 Grand St., is adjacent to site 5 of the Essex Crossing construction project. These tenements are set to be demolished in the months ahead.
