You never know when/where Neil Patrick Harris is going to pop up. This past weekend, he paid a surprise visit to Mercury Lounge, where Stephen Trask, the composer behind Hedwig & the Angry Inch, had a scheduled gig. Harris opens Hedwig on Broadway in April. In February, he made a similar appearance at Rockwood Music Hall. See the video below:
