If past postings are any guide, there’s going to be high interest in this one.  The city’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development has opened up a lottery for apartments at Masaryk Towers, the affordable co-op on Columbia Street. I don’t think that this a waiting list for masaryk towers. They opened that list in 2010. Anyone know what building this is for

I don’t think that this is correct. Masaryk Towers opened their lists in 2010. I doubt that they are opening it this soon.

Don’t send it. I got a letter too. I visited the neighborhood and it is surrounded by the projects. It’s noisy and dirty. There are security stations on premise which is embarrassing for not being a real project. I would not want to invite friends or families here because it looks more like a project.
