The New York International Fringe Fest (FringeNYC) kicks off their 17th season tomorrow. The legendary theater fest that turned in to one of the largest multi-arts events in North America offers a lineup includes more than 200 companies from all over the world performing for 16 days in more than 20 venues. This year’s Lower East Side venues include three different theaters at Clemente Soto Velez, the old Living Theatre space, (which is now The Celebration of Whimsy theater) and La Mama.
