  1. How many more “Times Square” areas do we really need in NYC? This area (at least on Bowery) is already a traffic nightmare — I dont even drive, but the noise of the horns all day are just hideous! I think it’s crazy how fast they are going to over develop the neighborhood (the whole island of Manhattan for that matter) and ruin everything that is special about NYC that made people want to come to New York to begin with!
