- Last night Community Board 3 voted on October’s liquor license applications. Parkside Lounge, 317 East Houston, got the okay to add a second bar in its back room/performance space. Souvalki GR, 116 Stanton, won approval to upgrade its license from beer/wine to full liquor. And the board approved a wine/beer license for Cowboy Pizza, 201 Clinton Street.
